About Charlotte Japp:

Charlotte is a founder-turned-VC whose creative marketing background and startup experience make her an incredibly impactful support system for VC fund leaders and portfolio companies alike.

In her 10 year career, Charlotte has held full-time and freelance roles at VICE Media, Live Nation, TikTok, and several startups. She graduated from Georgetown University with honors.

From 2018-2023, Charlotte was the founder of Cirkel, a startup that aimed to help older workers thrive along the longer lifespan. She has spoken at conferences around the world about the future of aging.

Charlotte is currently Global Head of Platform at ff Venture Capital, a seed stage fund investing in AI, B2B SaaS, and autonomy. In her role, she oversees all of ffVC’s brand marketing, as well as portfolio support for its 90+ portfolio companies in the US, Canada, Israel, and Central & Eastern Europe. As part of this effort, Charlotte has introduced new fund operations that optimize ffVC’s portfolio support and leverages the team’s full network of co-investors and enterprise leaders.

In her free time, Charlotte serves on the advisory council for Stanford’s Center for Longevity and organizes a monthly meetup for young entrepreneurs and investors in the aging sector called YEAR.
